⇨ Requires 12 to 20 hours to achieve a full charge, whereas, for a plug-in hybrid, it takes 6 to 12 hours.

Level 2 Charger

⇨ Connects to a 240-volt outlet, similar to those utilized for ovens and clothes dryers.
⇨ The charging rate of 30 kilometers per hour.
⇨ Frequently installed in residences, commercial establishments, and communal spaces.
⇨ Requires 6 to 14 hours to achieve a full charge, whereas, for a plug-in hybrid, it takes 4 to 8 hours.

Level 3 Charger

⇨ Connects to the electrical system via a direct current.
⇨ Charges the vehicle up to 80% of its capacity within approximately 30 minutes or 100 km.
⇨ Mainly utilized in commercial establishments.
⇨ Requires 1 to 4 hours to achieve a full charge, whereas, for a plug-in hybrid, it takes 15 minutes to 3 hours.
